The Analysis, Design, & Architecture Conference (ADAConf) is an Australian one-day community conference for those interested in software analysis, design and architecture. It is an off-shoot of the Domain-Driven Design Australia meetup community.
ADAConf’s mission is to support the building of software that is more valuable for its users and owners, more pleasant to work with for its builders and maintainers, and more collaborative in its conception and design.
We aim to create a collaborative learning space, and bring together engineers, architects, business analysts and product people.
Welcome to the call for speaker page for ADAConf 2024, and thank you for your interest in submitting to our conference. The conference is a one-day, two track conference, with one track focussed on talks, and the second track on hands-on labs/workshops.
Formats
We’re accepting submissions for the following formats:
One additional co-speaker is allowed for the 45 minute session talks and the hand-on lab/workshop
We will regrettably be rejecting any marketing/sales pitches. If your organisation is aligned to the mission of our conference and would like to support us, we’d love to collaborate. Get in touch at info@adaconf.org.
What we want to talk about
This year our conference theme is Change. We’re exploring how software architecture evolves and adapts in response to shifting business and technical landscapes. We’re looking for talks on:
We welcome case studies, experience reports, code demos, and retrospectives that share practical insights and real-world learnings.

If you are a new and/or emerging speaker with an idea that aligns to our mission, we want to hear from you and support you. We offer mentorship for new speakers and would love to have a chat about any other support you might require. Contact us at info@adaconf.org.
