• Beyond the chatbot: five AI engineering patterns from building a Sitecore code analysis engine

Everyone has built a “hello world” chatbot or AI proof of concept, but shipping reliable AI tools for enterprise developers requires a different mindset. In this session, we unpack the architecture of our Sitecore Content SDK migration tool, a production-grade system designed to guide developers through the refactoring required to move from JSS to the Content SDK for SitecoreAI.

We move beyond basic prompts to explore five engineering patterns that keep our analysis reliable:

RAG and smart chunking – how we map Sitecore documentation and custom knowledge bases to real code context without losing meaning.

Structured generation – forcing LLMs to speak strict JSON for consistent, machine-readable reporting.

Async orchestration – moving from synchronous HTTP calls to queue-based processing to handle large, real-world codebases.

The model router – designing a composable architecture to hot-swap between models and vendors as the ecosystem evolves.

Automated evals – implementing “unit tests for AI” to prevent regressions in reasoning quality as prompts and models change.

    Context

The challenge: JSS for XM Cloud reaches end of life (EOL) in June 2026.

The gap: The new Content SDK is faster and leaner, but today the migration path is largely manual and error-prone.

Our response: We’ve built an intelligent analyser that identifies deprecated patterns and provides specific, documentation-backed guidance, helping teams dramatically reduce the time spent on manual review and unlock a safer, more predictable migration path.

  • Fixing the Content Supply Chain with SitecoreAI

Enterprise content delivery rarely fails because of the CMS. It fails because content moves through too many tools, teams and manual processes before it ever reaches a channel.

In this session, I'll break down the modern content supply chain as it actually exists in large organisations: CMS, DAM, PIM, translation, creative tools, legal review, workflows, front ends and delivery platforms. Looking at where these handoffs break down, why traditional CMS and DAM platforms struggle to orchestrate the full lifecycle, and how this leads to slow delivery, duplicated work and rising operational cost.

Exploring explore how SitecoreAI introduces a new orchestration layer across the content supply chain. Using real-world delivery patterns, the session will show how AI-assisted authoring, intelligent workflows, agent-driven automation and unified content models can reduce tool sprawl, improve governance and accelerate multi-channel delivery.

The session finishes by looking ahead at where content operations are heading next, and what teams should start doing now to prepare for an AI-driven content supply chain.

  • From Figma to Live Site: Zero Code, Zero Problems? A Live AI Experiment

We Told AI to Build Our Sitecore Site. What Happened Next Will Shock You. *just kidding*

What if you could go from a Figma design to a functional Sitecore-based website, or at least parts of it, without writing a single line of code?
Join me in an experiment, without a script, without a safety net (okay, with a backup), where we explore the limits of no-code development with AI-powered tools. In this session, I will attempt to convert a Figma layout into a working piece of code that can be run in SitecoreAI. I will use tools such as Vercel v0, Sitecore AI, the Sitecore Marketplace, and Sitecore MCP, without any traditional programming knowledge.

    What you will experience:
A live demonstration of Vercel v0 converting Figma designs into functional components,
Integration with Sitecore using AI-powered workflows and MCP (Model Context Protocol)
Real-time problem solving as we explore the possibilities (and limitations) of no-code approaches
Practical insights into how AI tools are reshaping the relationship between developers and designers

    Why this matters:
This isn't just a gimmick; it's an exploration of how AI and no-code tools are democratizing web development and potentially changing our approach to Sitecore projects. Whether you're a developer curious about the impact of AI on your workflow, a designer seeking more autonomy, or a business stakeholder wondering if these tools can accelerate delivery, this session will provide you with real-world insights.

  • How to Do SitecoreAI Migrations: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow

This session is based on two real-world migrations from Sitecore XP to SitecoreAI, executed at very different points in the product’s evolution.

The first migration was an early project, carried out when the platform was still known as Sitecore XM Cloud and at a much earlier stage of maturity. At that time, not all required features were available, and several aspects had to be implemented using workarounds. At the same time, the project marked our first real step into the composable world with Sitecore, requiring us to find our way into a new development model while delivering the migration.

The second migration went live recently and benefited from both the experience gained in the first project and a significantly more mature platform — including new capabilities such as the introduction of the Content SDK and ongoing improvements in the Page Builder.

Building on these two projects, the session then outlines a concrete approach for upcoming migrations. It shows how lessons learned from both projects can be combined with the current capabilities of SitecoreAI — including a composed SitecoreAI Setup, built-in AI capabilities, and the option to extend and customize solutions via the Sitecore Marketplace — to design future migrations more effectively.

The talk provides practical, experience-based guidance: how the migrations were approached step by step, which decisions paid off over time, what would be handled differently today, and how to translate those lessons into concrete decisions for upcoming SitecoreAI migrations.

This session is aimed at developers and architects who are planning or actively working on SitecoreAI migrations and are looking for concrete, experience-based input for their own migration projects.

  • Zero-Code SitecoreAI Content Operations: Autonomous Audit Engine with n8n, Marketer MCP & Cursor

Every large organization suffers from content debt: missing components, outdated metadata, incomplete translations, accessibility gaps, orphaned pages, and more. Manual audits are tricky and time consuming. What if AI agents could continuously audit your entire content ecosystem, fix what can be safely automated, and route complex decisions to humans for approval, without writing a single line of backend code?

In this talk, we'll build a fully autonomous content operations engine using specialized AI agents orchestrated through visual n8n workflows, powered by the SitecoreAI Marketer MCP Server and Cursor.

    We'll showcase:

    * A visual n8n workflow architecture that analyzes pages, detects content issues, and auto-remediates most of them.
    * Auto-generation of SEO metadata, creation of missing hero components, cross-languages translations, and more.
    * Built-in governance: approval workflows, confidence scoring, automatic rollback, and complete audit trails, so you never worry about the AI breaking production.

By the end of the session, you'll understand how SitecoreAI can help organizations to transform content operations from a manual burden into an autonomous, intelligent system, and how to start implementing it using Sitecore MCP server, AI agents, and visual workflow orchestration.

  • Four Pillars, Four Platforms: A Practical Comparison of SitecoreAI and Its Main Competitors

SitecoreAI represents a major evolution in how Digital Experience Platforms are designed, extended, and adopted, especially when compared to traditional enterprise stacks and modern composable DXPs.

In this session, we will present a clear, practical, and experience-driven comparison between SitecoreAI and its main competitors (Adobe Experience Manager, Optimizely, and Contentstack), using the four core pillars as the evaluation framework:

    1. Agentic Studio
    2. App Studio
    3. Sitecore Connect
    4. Marketplace

A key theme of the talk is how SitecoreAI changes Sitecore’s market positioning. Historically perceived as complex and enterprise-only, Sitecore is now capable of addressing mid-level organizations and new industries that previously leaned toward lighter composable stacks.

Through architectural patterns, ecosystem analysis, and concrete examples, we will show why Sitecore’s four-pillar strategy delivers a better balance between flexibility, governance, and time-to-value than its main competitors.

    Attendees will leave with:
    • A clear understanding of how SitecoreAI compares to Adobe, Optimizely, and Contentstack
    • Practical insights into when and why SitecoreAI is the best choice
    • A framework they can reuse to evaluate DXPs in AI-driven projects

This session is aimed at marketers, digital leaders, and solution architects looking for a grounded, honest perspective on SitecoreAI in the context of today’s DXP landscape.

  • Microsoft Agent Framework and Sitecore

The talk will deep dive into some Sitecore use cases for Microsoft Agent Framework and related Multi-Agent Architectures consuming models privately hosted via Microsoft Foundry. Familiar software design patterns for .Net Sitecore developers will be seen, like using dependecy injection to instantiate multiple Agents for orchestration via the IServiceCollection interface in C#. Enabling developers to interact with multiple agents in a single application.

An overview will be given of functionality available in Microsoft Agent Framework and how it's evolved from Semantic Kernel. Still enabling a familiar C# developer experience where you can call deterministic functions in between calls to LLMs.

In particular functionality will be explored from the following namespaces:
    *Microsoft.Extensions.AI (AI service abstractions)
    *Microsoft.Agents.AI (Enterprise agent orchestration framework)
*Microsoft.Agents.AI.Workflows - (Workflow orchestration and agent role specialization)

Various ways for agentic applications to interact with Sitecore shall be reviewed, including:
    *Marketer MCP
    *Custom MCP Server (Sitecore AI)
    *Custom MCP Server (Content Hub)
    *Agentic Studio

  • The SitecoreAI Migration Middle State Nobody Talks About

Many teams in 2026 are not entirely on XP or fully on XM Cloud. They live in a long, uncomfortable middle state.

XP-to-SitecoreAI migrations are rarely a clean cut. Despite migration diagrams that imply a clear "before-and-after", most organizations spend months operating in a hybrid state where XP and SitecoreAI coexist.

This middle state is where most migration pain occurs. Content freezes become risky, analytics splits into parallel systems, personalization logic drifts, and teams lose confidence in what is authoritative.

This session focuses entirely on that neglected phase. It explains how to intentionally design for hybrid operation, how to avoid irreversible mistakes, and when continuing the "as-is" migration is more dangerous than stopping and rebuilding.

    You will learn:
    - Proven parallel run patterns that reduce operational risk
    - Techniques to avoid long content freezes without losing data integrity
    - How to manage personalization across XP and XM Cloud simultaneously
    - How to reason about analytics when data sources diverge
    - Clear signals that indicate it is time to stop migrating and redesign

    Key topics covered:
    - Parallel XP and XM Cloud runtime patterns
    - Content synchronization strategies and freeze avoidance
    - Personalization coexistence and decision ownership
    - Analytics split-brain problems and mitigation approaches
    - Migration stop criteria and rebuild decision frameworks

This talk is different: most migration talks focus on the start or the destination; this one focuses on the journey in between. It acknowledges the complexity of real enterprise migrations and guides the navigation of the most challenging phase with intent rather than improvisation.

  • Vibesitecoring: From Figma to Sitecore with Zero Lines of Code

AI became a day-to-day assistant for many developers in 2024. But it didn’t work for Sitecore. Sitecore developers were not able to get a lot from AI. Things changed after the introduction of the Model Context Protocol(MCP). We implemented a community-driven Sitecore MCP server that could be used for different Sitecore development and content management tasks. Later, Sitecore introduced its own official Marketer MCP server. And for part of the tasks, like translation or content management, it became easier and more convenient to use it. But there are still many types of AI tasks that could be done only with the Sitecore community MCP server.

And one of these tasks will be presented during the session. It is a creation of components from the Figma design. It is possible to take a Figma design, write one prompt, and the AI Agent will create everything for you: a datasource template, rendering parameters template, rendering itself, test page, test datasource, and code for the component. The AI agent will be based on Cursor + Anthropic LLMs + MCP servers(Sitecore, Figma, Chrome). The stack could be changed, as in April 2026, some other parts could perform better than the current components. E.g. Sitecore official Marketer MCP server will get features that are present in the community Sitecore MCP server. Or other LLMs will perform better than Anthropic models.

This approach was initially presented at the SUG Jaipur on October 28. We are at an early stage of adoption of this development process, and it is very promising. We have already saved many hours of development. And we plan to gather more experience in adoption, try it on different projects, and share best practices. The planned session will not be a repetition of the SUG Jaipur presentation. It will be based on the initial presentation, but it will be the development of the topic.

  • Reimagining Your Team for SitecoreAI: A Marketer and Developer Playbook for Working With Agents

SitecoreAI is more than a renamed XM Cloud instance. It combines a unified Portal, Custom SaaS licensing, Agentic Studio, and a growing Marketplace into a single workspace where marketers, agents, and technical capabilities all meet. That shift changes how teams are structured and how work gets done.

This session is a practical playbook for how marketers and technical teams should work with SitecoreAI’s agents. We will explore how out-of-the-box agents and custom agents fit into everyday workflows, how to define clear “job descriptions” for agents, and where governance and approvals need to evolve. The session builds on the “Custom SaaS” and “reimagined monolith” themes from Symposium and looks at what they mean on Monday morning for people planning campaigns, content, and experiments.

Attendees will leave with a shared language and set of patterns that help marketers, product owners, architects, and partners design agent-enabled workflows that are safe, scalable, and usable in real organizations.

    What attendees will takeaway:
    1. Understand how SitecoreAI’s Portal, Agentic Studio, and Marketplace change the way marketing and technical teams think about content, optimization, and experimentation.
    2. Learn a simple way to define “job descriptions” for agents, including their responsibilities, inputs, outputs, and when humans review or override their work.
    3. See collaboration patterns that help marketers and technical teams design and evolve agents together, without requiring marketers to read code or developers to own campaign strategy.
    4. Gain practical ideas for permissions, approvals, and rollout sequencing so organizations can start with safe, focused agent usage and grow into more advanced flows over time.
    5. Understand where data platforms and Marketplace apps fit in, including patterns that connect SitecoreAI to a data cloud (for example, Snowflake) in ways that still feel manageable to marketing teams.

  • Unified Brand Management Hub with AI & Configurable Dashboards

Modern marketers spend a significant amount of time navigating disconnected tools, while brand strategy, assets, performance data, and insights remain scattered across systems. This fragmentation doesn’t just slow teams down; it fundamentally limits how organizations govern, scale, and optimize their brands in an AI-driven world.

In this session, we introduce the Unified Brand Management Hub: a new approach to brand oversight that centralizes brand strategy, AI-powered brand knowledge, goals, and performance into a single, intelligent workspace. Attendees will see how unifying brand intelligence enables stronger governance, clearer decision-making, and true portfolio-level brand management.

The session explores and showcases the core capabilities of the Unified Brand Management Hub, including AI-powered brand signals, AEO/GEO brand analysis, and configurable dashboards that serve as a unified command center for marketing intelligence.

By eliminating app-switching and reducing fragmentation, teams gain consistent, end-to-end visibility across marketing operations and brand performance. The session concludes with a look ahead at the roadmap and future vision for AI-driven brand management, outlining how organizations can evolve from fragmented execution to unified, intelligent brand leadership.

    Key takeaways:
    - Why fragmented brand tooling limits AI effectiveness and brand performance
    - How unified brand intelligence enables stronger governance and oversight
    - How configurable dashboards provide complete visibility and flexibility across marketing operations
    - A forward-looking perspective on the future of AI-driven brand management platforms

  • Practical Web Security for Modern Headless Sitecore: Lessons from the Field

Modern Sitecore platforms are powerful, flexible and permanently exposed to the internet. As Sitecore implementations move towards headless and composable architectures, the security surface expands rapidly. More services, more APIs, more integrations and more opportunities for misconfiguration.
In this session, we share practical, battle-tested web security lessons drawn from operating real production Sitecore platforms at scale. The focus is on select, high-impact security controls that consistently make a difference in modern headless Sitecore environments, and on the small, avoidable gaps where issues most commonly arise.
We will explore real-world security patterns for modern headless Sitecore, including:
Content Security Policy (CSP), security headers and HTTPS enforcement in headless architectures
Safe approaches to secrets management across frontend builds, APIs and delivery pipelines
Practical WAF and OWASP rule tuning for Sitecore traffic without disrupting editors or marketers
Integrating continuous security testing into modern DevOps workflows
Common production pitfalls seen in Sitecore environments and how to avoid them
Attendees will leave with a practical web security playbook they can apply immediately to Sitecore XP, Sitecore AI and composable implementations, strengthening security posture without slowing delivery or innovation.

  • Enterprise AI - foundations for a strong AI foundation

The usages of AI om the form of LLMs is evolving - especially LLMs as a tool for sitting in the string of conversations between buyers and sellers. This can be in the form of chatbots, sematic search, research tools as well as customer service tools.
I would like to discuss how we see an Agentic AI enterprise architecture being build - what it requires and examples from our work on how it can be build. It will include the use cases and elements where we have seen successful implementations where AI have added a lot of value.
