Call for Speakers
AWS Community Day Bangladesh 2026 is a community-led conference built by the community, for the community.
We invite developers, engineers, architects, researchers, technology leaders, and cloud enthusiasts to share their knowledge and experiences with AWS. Whether you have solved a challenging production problem, built an innovative application, or learned valuable lessons through experimentation, we welcome your proposal.
Our program will emphasize advanced technical sessions at the 300–400 level, complemented by selected introductory and intermediate sessions. First-time and experienced speakers are equally welcome.
We particularly encourage sessions featuring live demonstrations, architecture walkthroughs, practical implementation guidance, and honest lessons from production—including what did not work and why.
Suggested Topics
We welcome proposals across the AWS ecosystem, including:
- Agentic AI & Generative AI: Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Model Context Protocol (MCP), multi-agent systems, RAG, evaluation, and moving AI applications into production.
- Machine Learning: Model development, deployment, MLOps, inference optimization, and practical AI/ML applications.
- AI-Assisted Development: Amazon Q Developer, Kiro, spec-driven development, and AI-assisted coding, testing, and delivery workflows.
- Cloud & AI Security: Application security, identity and access management, agent permissions, guardrails, governance, and secure architecture.
- Platform Engineering & DevOps: Developer platforms, CI/CD, GitOps, infrastructure as code with AWS CDK or Terraform, and observability.
- Containers & Serverless: Amazon EKS, Amazon ECS, AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Data, Analytics & Databases: Data engineering, streaming, lakehouse architectures, Amazon S3 Tables, Amazon RDS, Amazon DynamoDB, and data foundations for AI.
- Architecture & Operations: Networking, migration, modernization, hybrid environments, resilience, and disaster recovery.
- FinOps & Sustainability: Cost optimization, efficient AI/ML workloads, AWS Graviton, and resource-efficient architectures.
- IoT & Edge Computing: Connected devices, edge workloads, and practical deployment challenges.
- Industry & Community Stories: AWS implementations in fintech, healthcare, education, retail, telecom, and the public sector, alongside startup journeys and cloud career development.
These topics are suggestions, not restrictions. We welcome other proposals that offer clear value to the AWS community.
Session Guidelines
- Language: Sessions should primarily be delivered in English to support online sharing and a wider audience.
- Standard sessions: Approximately 25 minutes of presentation, followed by 5–10 minutes of Q&A.
- Extended sessions: Proposals requiring up to 60 minutes of presentation, followed by 5–10 minutes of Q&A, may be considered based on the topic and agenda availability. Please indicate your preferred duration.
- Recording: Talks, including presentation slides, will be recorded and published online. Please ensure your content is suitable for public sharing.
- Approach: Sessions should prioritize learning and practical value. Product pitches and primarily promotional presentations are not suitable.
What Makes a Strong Proposal?
Your submission should clearly explain:
- The problem, question, or use case your session addresses.
- What attendees will learn and be able to apply afterward.
- The intended audience, technical level, and any prerequisites.
- How AWS services support the solution or implementation.
- Whether the session includes a live demo, architecture walkthrough, or production case study.
Proposals will be evaluated for relevance, technical depth, clarity, originality, and practical value. We especially welcome experiences from Bangladesh’s technology ecosystem and lessons that other teams can apply.
We are committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment for speakers and attendees from all backgrounds. You do not need to be an AWS Hero, Community Builder, or experienced conference speaker to submit—your knowledge and experience matter.
