🚀 Welcome to AWS Community Day DACH 2024
The AWS Community Day 2024 DACH is a one-day, AWS technical conference that is planned, organized, and delivered by AWS user group community in DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
It's like a "Meetup of Meetups". The goal of the Community Day is to facilitate the exchange of information amongst the AWS user community. All presentations are given by speakers who are fellow AWS users sharing knowledge with their peers.
📅 When Do We Meet?
We meet on September 17, 2024. It's a Tuesday and just a few days before the famous 🥨 Oktoberfest 🍺 starts.

We meet again at the SmartVillage Bogenhausen in Munich.

From 6-9pm, enjoy a relaxed networking hours, complete with beers 🍻, wines 🍷, and tasty bites, setting a friendly stage for the evening.

Session Types

Session Format:
- Regular sessions: Approximately 30 minutes of presentation followed by a 5-10 minute Q&A.
In-Person Event:
- 🤗 This event will be held in person in beautiful Munich, Germany. We value the opportunity for in-person interaction and networking.
Speakers Dinner:
- 🍻 We plan to host a speakers dinner on the evening before (not confirmed yet, more details will follow).
Financial Considerations:
- 💰 Please note that as a community-organized and free event, we are unable to cover expenses for speakers.
- 🙌 However, if this poses a challenge for you, please reach out to us. We're committed to finding solutions to ensure everyone has a chance to participate.
