Session Formats

You can submit proposals for one of the following:

  • Keynote (40 minutes): An engaging and thought-provoking presentation aimed at inspiring the audience.
  • Conference Session (25 minutes + 5 minutes live Q&A): A session covering a diverse range of technologies, practices, and methodologies
  • Lightning Talk (15 minutes): A rapid and dynamic presentation allowing speakers to share a concise and quickfire view of a specific subject

**Note**

  • Please provide a detailed abstract. Abstracts that do not clearly define the talk or are less than a paragraph will not be considered.
  • Abstracts that are vague and do not include in-depth details will not be considered.
  • Please provide a recording of your talk before the deadline and make sure the audio and video are clear for the audience.
  • Provide your top three (3) key takeaways for attendees.
  • Absolutely no vendor pitches: Many of our most successful talks are by people who sell products in the same area they’re speaking about. If your talk is focused on promoting or selling your product, it’s a bad fit.

Diverse Backgrounds

We emphasize the importance of inclusivity and diversity in technology by creating a space for underrepresented and excluded groups such as people of colour, women, LGBTQ people, people with disabilities, students, and others. We believe that these perspectives are essential to fostering innovation and ensuring that all voices are heard and valued in the industry. By actively incorporating and engaging individuals from these diverse backgrounds, we aim to bridge the gap and build a more inclusive and equitable future for technology.
