Azure Fest is a free, single day event for all things Azure; Microsoft’s public cloud computing platform.
We bring together local community speakers and world-class international speakers sharing real world experiences, best practices and the latest Azure developments.
We've had great success with the past editions of the event. There are over 200 enthusiasts traveling to this event sharing the same passion for the Microsoft Azure platform.
We have 2 tracks and 9 sessions. So please submit your best Azure-related abstracts for this edition!
Tell us what you want to speak about at Azure Fest. We are very keen on learning more about some interesting real life projects you've worked on, what's the latest shiny bits you've worked with, best practices or whatever other amazing story you have for us.
Some suggestions you can talk about are:
But feel free to think outside the box and surprise us with your abstracts!
Be sure to send multiple sessions, but try to limit to 2 of your best and most relevant sessions. Also, if you have any previous speaker experience, please include links to videos, online presentations/slides. If you have a blog or social media handle, be sure to send it along also.
Language and duration
Sessions must be delivered in English and are scheduled to be 50 minutes. Please take into account some time for questions, so make sure you can deliver the session in 45 minutes. Workshops will be about the time of two sessions, so about 100 minutes.
T&E for local speakers
If required, we should be able to cover staying 1 night in a hotel. However, since we're a free, community-led event, it would be great if this is not required.
T&E for international speakers
Yes, we can cover all T&E costs for you traveling & speaking at Azure Fest. By default, we'll be covering 2 nights in a hotel and your flight (& taxi if required).
