NOTE! Remember that this event is in-person only. If you are willing to come for one of our events, let us know which month and date best suits you and we will do all we can to adjust (if possible)

Please submit:

• The subject of the presentation or workshop
• Brief description of what the presentation or workshop is about and what is important, what attendees can learn from the session 
• Time of the session (provide the minimum time required for the session and what is the preferred time)
• Advanced level - prerequisites for attendees: what is the technology and knowledge level required to attend the session 
• Facility requirements: do we need to provide hardware, software, tables, papers, pens, etc.?

This is a community event where we commit our private time to share the knowledge and grow better together. If we can we will cover some expenses but this all depends on our sponsors. Please assume that all your expenses are covered by yourself.
