Dharma College Berkeley, California, United States

We are excited that the Bay Area Drupal Camp will be hosting this year at Dharma College after a year off.

For over 15 years, the Bay Area Drupal Camp has gathered thousands from a worldwide community of Drupal users, developers, marketers, and content specialists to share their expertise, level up their skills, make new friends in the intellectual and cultural heart of the Bay Area. Whether it's your first time attending or your tenth, we look forward to seeing you in October!

Events and Timelines

At BADCamp, you'll get a chance to learn from the best, see old friends, make new connections, and walk away refreshed, inspired—and a little bit smarter, too.

Sessions & Talks

You'll learn something whether you're new to Drupal or already a pro. There will be two days full of great sessions for all levels of interest.

Looking for a job? Looking to find great Drupal talent? BADCamp is a great place to find either.

Summits allow people in specific industries or with specific skill sets to dive deep into the issues that matter and collaborate freely.

Level up your Drupal and Drupal adjacent skills at this year’s BADCamp!

Volunteering is a great way to interact and become more involved in the community. See familiar faces and meet new ones. We are always looking for people to help.

Everybody's favorite Drupal Camp is fast approaching!

This year (like every year), we promise to deliver the most forward-thinking Drupal knowledge out there. But we need a little help from our friends.

Be a part of humans sharing knowledge by giving a presentation at the 13th annual BADCamp. Remember, and this is important, the first step to presenting is submitting a session proposal!

Our Call For Speakers is open, and we are on the edge of our seats, wanting to know what everyone has to offer. Are you a project manager with a knack for cat herding? Do you have mastery of JavaScript and can make your website perform magic? Do you have a community story you want to share? Are your DevOps chops dialed in? Do you know the ins and outs of web accessibility?

If you can answer yes to any of the questions, share what you know with the San Francisco Bay Area Drupal folks!! Everybody has a unique Drupal story, and we want to hear yours.

Submission Requirements:

Before submitting a session proposal, we recommend that you:

Speaker Resources:

We want to support you as a speaker along your journey.

  •  Pre-submission mentoring - We know submitting a conference proposal can be intimidating, especially for newer speakers.
  •  We want to support you and encourage you to use the HelpMeAbstract to obtain feedback from veteran open-source speakers
  •  The #session-help Slack channel is dedicated to submission support and feedback.
  •  Review the Speaker Diversity Workshop Presentation

A BIG magical BADcamp thank you to our sponsors who have committed early. Without them, this magical event wouldn’t be possible. We are also looking for MORE sponsors to help keep BADCamp free and awesome. Interested in sponsoring BADCamp? Contact
