Audience

BC TechDays brings together a unique mix of professionals from the Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV ecosystem: developers (both partner and customer side), consultants, project and product managers, and company owners.

Most attendees are technically oriented, hands-on, and eager to see real code and learn practical techniques.

Last year, we welcomed 1153 participants from 46 countries!

Workshops – 9 & 10 June

⚠️ Workshop proposal deadline: 5 February

Full-day workshops take place at the Van der Valk Hotel Antwerpen. We have capacity for approximately 10 workshops per day, with rooms that seat between 10 and 25 participants.

As a workshop instructor, you receive a training fee.

Workshop format:

  • Full-day (9:00–17:00, one-hour lunch + breaks)
  • You may repeat the same workshop both days, offer a two-day workshop, or teach two different one-day workshops
  • Participants bring their own laptops
  • Hotel Wifi is available
  • You may provide virtual machines if needed
  • Before the event, you can email participants any required prerequisites so they arrive fully prepared

📌 To be considered for the workshop program, proposals must be submitted no later than 5 February.
(Session proposals remain open until 5 April.)

Why the earlier deadline for workshops?

Because workshop capacity is limited and these sessions require early logistical planning. We also need the full workshop lineup confirmed 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗶𝗱-𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆, so participants can choose and book their seats right away.

Sessions – 11 & 12 June

Session proposal deadline: 5 April

The conference takes place in a modern movie theatre, ensuring perfect viewing, audio quality, and seating.

Each session is 90 minutes, giving you plenty of time for deep dives, extensive demos, and real-world coding scenarios.

All sessions are recorded and published on mibuso.com and YouTube after the event.

Why the later deadline for sessions?

Because we want speakers to have the time they need to create 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴, 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵, 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁—the kind BC TechDays is known for. The extended window allows you to incorporate the newest #msdyn365bc features, recent release updates, and real-world insights into your proposals.

Content Expectations

BC TechDays is known for deeply technical content. Our audience expects code on the screen—not slide-only talks.

  • Session level: 300–400 only
  • Dive deep into Business Central; the audience can handle it
  • Only non-commercial, technical content (no marketing)
  • Conference language: English
  • Check past sessions in the archive to avoid repeating topics
  • We strongly prefer brand-new content not shown at other conferences

Tips For Getting Accepted

  • Submit more than one proposal for the best chance of selection
  • Use a clear title and description that explains exactly what attendees will learn
  • Write in your own voice—personal, authentic, and accurate
  • Avoid generic AI-generated abstracts
  • Show us why your session or workshop will stand out

Travel & Expenses

Selected speakers and workshop instructors receive a full conference pass.

Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the speaker.

Speaker Buddy System

We offer a “buddy” system to help speakers before and during their sessions—technical help, moral support, or simply someone who has your back. More information is available here.
