BED-Con is a non-profit, community-driven conference for software developers and technology professionals in Berlin. Organized by the Berlin Expert Days e.V., the event provides an independent platform for knowledge sharing and exchange around modern technologies.

The program covers a broad spectrum of topics including software engineering, cloud and platform technologies, data and AI, as well as the societal impact of technology. A strong focus is placed on real-world experience reports, including lessons learned from failures in practice.

BED-Con aims to deliver high-quality content at minimal cost, fostering an open and inclusive environment with talks in both German and English. The conference is held on-site in Berlin and follows the Berlin Code of Conduct.

Im Jahr 2026 kehrt die BED-Con zu ihren Wurzeln zurück und findet im Henry-Ford-Bau auf dem Campus Dahlem der Freien Universität Berlin statt.

Die BED-Con ist eine Non-Profit-Veranstaltung mit dem Ziel, hohe inhaltliche Qualität bei möglichst geringen Kosten für Teilnehmer:innen zu bieten.
Wir können daher keine Reise- oder Unterbringungskosten erstatten!

Die BED-Con wird vor Ort stattfinden, es wird keine remote oder hybride Sessions geben.

In 2026, it returns to its roots and will take place at the Henry Ford Building on the Dahlem campus of Freie Universität Berlin.

BED-Con is a non-profit event with the aim of offering high-quality content at the lowest possible cost to participants.
We are therefore unable to reimburse travel or accommodation costs!

BED-Con will take place on site; there will be no remote or hybrid sessions.
