Session Submission Guidelines:

The Bone and Joint Summit 2025, scheduled for July 17-18 2025, is seeking dynamic and knowledgeable speakers to present on key topics in orthopedic practice management and coding. This virtual event will feature two days of engaging sessions designed for managers, administrators, and coding professionals. We invite experts to share their insights, best practices, and innovations in the field. Below are the session topics for which we are seeking presenters:

• Pain Management Coding: Guidelines for Effective Reporting
• Shoulder Coding: Rotator Cuff Repairs, Revisions, and More
• Hand and Wrist Coding: Common Procedures and Complex Cases
• Knee Coding: Arthroscopies, Replacements, and Surgical Details
• Femur and Hip: From Revisions to Replacements
• Fractures, Trauma, and Wound Repair
• Foot and Ankle Coding: Bunions to Wound Care
• Spine Coding: Fusions, Laminectomies, and More

Speaker Requirements:

• Expertise in orthopedic practice management, compliance, or coding with 5 years+ experience
• Speaking Experience will be preferred 
• Engaging presentation style with practical, actionable insights
• Ability to provide real-world examples and interactive elements

Accepted Session Formats:

• Workshops: Interactive, hands-on sessions (60-90 minutes)
• Presentations: Informative lectures with Q&A (45-60 minutes)
• Panel Discussions: Collaborative discussions with multiple experts (60 minutes)
• Case Studies: Real-world examples with practical insights (45-60 minutes)

Levels of Expertise:

• Beginner/Introductory: Foundational knowledge for those new to the field, focusing on core concepts and basic practices.
• Intermediate: In-depth insights for professionals with some experience, covering more complex topics and practical applications.
• Advanced: Specialized content for seasoned experts, featuring advanced techniques, guidelines, and case studies.
• Expert: Cutting-edge discussions for industry leaders and highly experienced professionals looking to explore innovations and industry trends.

• Revenue cycle managers and healthcare administrators

• Reporting and Enforcement: Any violations should be reported to event staff immediately. Organizers will take appropriate action, up to and including removal from the event.
