Share Your Story, Shape the Future of Security at BSides Manama 2026

The Mission

BSides Manama is where researchers, students, sysadmins, and industry veterans converge. We don’t just host presentations; we build a platform for work that matters. Whether you’ve uncovered a novel exploit, built a clever defensive automation, or have a "war story" that can save others from a security disaster, we want to hear from you.

Why Speak at BSides Manama?

  • Be Heard: Connect directly with the brightest minds in the regional and global security community.
  • Give Back: Help elevate the local landscape by sharing your technical expertise and practical findings.
  • Build Your Reputation: Join a tradition of community driven, vendor neutral knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For
We prioritize actionable insights over theory. We want to see how things work and how to break or fix them.

  • Red Team: Offensive research, exploitation, fuzzing, protocol analysis, social engineering, and red team tradecraft.
  • Blue Team: Detection engineering, SIEM tuning, threat hunting, incident response, architecture, and security awareness.
  • Trending Topics: AI/LLM security, Cloud/SaaS resilience, IoT, and supply chain security.

Submission Guidelines

  • Format: Standard talks are 45 minutes (35 min talk + 10 min Q&A). If you need a different duration, please reach out.
  • Actionable Content: Avoid high-level marketing or sales pitches. We value practical, technical, and educational content.
  • Documentation: Must include a visual Slide Deck or a live demonstration.
