The Budapest BI & Analytics Forum is a leading international Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and Data Visualization conference, running for 10+ years. The conference will return in 2026 between November 16-18 (Monday to Wednesday), offering 3 days of technical talks, case studies, workshops and round-tables.

Welcome to the Budapest BI & Analytics Forum 2026 CFP!

We invite you to join us as a speaker and submit technical talks, case studies and best practice presentations related to the topics of the conference.

The conference will have English and Hungarian tracks, so we are accepting proposals in both languages. The talks can be delivered either in person in Budapest (Nov 16, 17) or remotely via Zoom (Nov 18)

Session formats

The conference will have talks in the following formats:

Workshops (Half-day Workshop - 2x80 mins or All-day Workshop 4x80 mins)

The workshops will take place on the first day (Nov 16, Monday) of conference, and will be delivered in-person only.

Standard talks (30 minutes + 10 minutes Q&A)

The in-person standard talks will take place on the first and second day of the conference (on Nov 17, Tuesday), the remote standard talks on the last day (Nov 18, Wednesday).

Quick talks (15 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A)

The quick talks can be delivered either in-person or remotely

Speaker benefits

Free Conference ticket

The conference offers free registrations for all speakers.

  • For workshop speakers: 3 days hybrid ticket
  • For in-person speakers: 2 days hybrid ticket
  • For online speakers: 2 days online ticket

Accommodation support

For the international in-person speakers we provide one (or two) night free accommodation in the conference hotel.

For the international workshop speakers we provide two nights free accommodation in the conference hotel.

Speaker dinner

All in-person speakers are kindly invited to attend as our guest.

As a general rule, the conference does not cover other travel expenses. Exceptions may be made in specific cases at the sole discretion of the program committee.

Co-speakers benefits

  • Co-speakers are welcome for workshops and standard talks, but not for quick talks.
  • One co-speaker can be nominated. (except quick talk)
  • Co-speakers will also receive a free ticket to the conference and are invited to the speaker dinner, but will not receive accommodation support

By submitting, you agree

  • that we can share your speaker bio data publicly, as well as other profile information such social media or website links. We will not publish your e-mail, phone number, or other private information.
  • that we can publish photographs of you and your sessions.
  • that your session will be recorded.
