Welcome to the Budapest Data+ML 2025 CFP!

We invite you to join us as a speaker and submit technical talks, case studies and best practice presentations related to the topics of the conference.

The conference will have English and Hungarian tracks, so we are accepting proposals in both languages. The talks can be delivered either in person in Budapest (June 16, 17) or remotely via Zoom (June 18)

Session formats
The conference will have talks in the following formats:

Workshops (80 minutes)
The workshops will take place on the first day (June 16, Monday) and second day  (June 17, Tuesday) of conference, and will be delivered in-person.

Standard talks (30 minutes + 10 minutes Q&A)
The in-person standard talks will take place on the first and second day of the conference (June 16, Monday and June 17, Tuesday), the remote standard talks on the last day (June 18, Wednesday).

Quick talks (15 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A)
The quick talks can be delivered either in-person or remotely, but we have a preference for remote delivery in this case.


Speaker benefits

Conference ticket
The conference offers free registrations for all speakers.
- For in-person speakers: 2-day hybrid ticket
- For online speakers: 2-day online ticket

Accommodation
For the in-person speakers we provide one night free accommodation in the conference hotel.

Speaker dinner
All in-person speakers are kindly invited to attend as our guest.


Co-speakers benefits

- Co-speakers are welcome for workshops and standard talks, but not for quick talks.
- One co-speaker can be nominated.
- Only the main presenter will represent the talk.
- Co-speakers will also receive a free ticket to the conference and are invited to the speaker dinner, but will not enjoy the other speaker benefits.

  • that phone numbers are only used in urgent case and for emergencies.
