Event Format: Full-Day Hands-On Workshops
This year, Build with AI Medan is a 100% full-day workshop event. We are exclusively accepting proposals for deep-dive, hands-on workshop sessions where participants will actively code, build, and deploy. You may submit multiple proposals if you have different technical tracks in mind. If your workshop requires a specific timeblock or unique setup, please mention it in the form so we can accommodate the schedule.

Co-Speakers / Co-Instructors
If your workshop requires an additional co-speaker or co-instructor to help facilitate the hands-on session, you are welcome to bring one along! Please ensure that your co-speaker also fills out this Sessionize form individually so we have their complete details and can coordinate with them properly.

Topics of Interest

We welcome a wide variety of topics, provided they focus on hands-on implementation of Cloud, AI, or Google Cloud technologies. Examples of what we are looking for include:
🔹 AI & Google Cloud Innovations: Deep-dive labs into Gemini, Vertex AI, AI Studio, and AI-powered Google Cloud services.
🔹 Applied Generative AI: Interactive sessions building real-world applications using Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics.
🔹 Build & Prototype: End-to-end coding workshops where participants build, deploy, and scale AI-powered applications (Participants will be bringing their own laptops for all sessions!).
🔹 Scalable AI Infrastructure: Practical exercises on setting up and deploying AI models using modern cloud infrastructure and services.

May 1, 2026 – Call for Proposals closes at 12:00 AM WIB
May 7, 2026 – Shortlisted speakers notified via email (proposals reviewed on a rolling basis)
May 14, 2026: Final workshop material and slide submission deadline

Additional Information
Language: Talks can be delivered in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
Audience: Tech developers, engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and AI enthusiasts ready to write code.
Travel: Local travel expenses may covered for main speakers from Medan only (e.g., transportation within Medan to the venue).
