Welcome to the 2025 CFAAR Food Allergy Summit Speaker Portal

We’re thrilled to welcome you to a weekend of engaging conversation, knowledge sharing, and impactful collaboration at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, IL.

This year’s Summit features three dynamic tracks designed to advance the field of food allergy through policy, education, and prevention:

Policy Track | Friday, June 27, 2025

Dive into actionable strategies for shaping food allergy policy at the local, state, and national levels. This year’s focus includes:

  • Precautionary Allergen Labeling (PAL): Improving clarity and regulation around voluntary allergen labeling.
  • Medicaid, Food as Medicine, & WIC: Expanding access to early allergen introduction for underserved families.
  • Daycare, School, & College Policies: Advocating for stock epinephrine, allergy training, and safer learning environments.
  • Audience: Advocates, nonprofit leaders, policymakers, families, healthcare professionals, educators, and industry partners.

Pediatric Education Track | Friday, June 27, 2025

Explore the latest in food allergy management, microbiome research, and treatment innovations — plus related conditions such as eczema, EoE, FPIES, and asthma.

  • Audience: Pediatric clinicians and professionals (MD/DO, RD, RN/NP, PA), and others caring for children with food allergies.
  • Accreditation Statement: The Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
  • Credit Designation Statement: This live activity is designated for a maximum of 6.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with their participation.

Prevention Track | Saturday, June 28 & Sunday, June 29, 2025

Join researchers and clinicians to explore emerging science in primary and secondary food allergy prevention, focusing on the interplay between molecular mechanisms, the microbiome, the skin barrier, early diet, environmental influences, and early intervention.

  • Audience: Clinicians, researchers, fellows, and allied healthcare professionals dedicated to advancing prevention science.
