発表の時間枠は、上限50分・下限30分です。
発表言語は日本語または英語で募集します。

応募方法

以下の3ステップです：

1.  Sessionizeにログインしてください
2. プロポーザルのフォームに日本語または英語で記入してくださ
3. Submitボタンを押して応募完了（期間内は変更可能です）

ステップ2では、

• プロポーザルの情報を記載してください（サンプルプロポーザル（準備中）も参考にしてください
• Taglineには所属・肩書を記載してください
• Descriptionには、トークの詳細と、構成・タイムラインを書いてください
• Notesは書いてもレビューの対象にはなりません
• プロフィール情報も記載してください

締め切り等の日程情報

• 募集開始日 : 2022/6/22 (水)
• 募集終了日 :2022/7/10 (日) 23:59
• 採用可否連絡 : 7月中旬 (予定)

締め切りを過ぎた後にプロポーザルを応募／変更した場合は、レビューの対象外となりますのでご了承ください。

注意事項

• 複数応募する場合はそれぞれプロポーザルを出してください
  
• プロポーザルに記載された情報はレビュアーに公開されます。
• 採択されたセッションについては、Code for Japan Summit 2022のサイトで一般参加者にも公開されます。
  採択の際にCode for Japan Summit 2022スタッフが参照する場合があります。
  プロフィールの表示名(Screen name)と肩書(Speaker tagline)と経歴(Speaker biography)とSpeaker photoのみ、Code for Japan Summit 2022のサイトで一般参加者に公開されます。
• 共同発表者がいる場合は Co-speakers にメールアドレスを入力できます
  
• Submitボタン直前の同意事項(英語)の参考訳
  「このページに記載されている個人情報は、Code for Japan Summit 2022の主催者と共有されることに同意します。主催者は、あなたのセッションや個人情報をイベントスケジュールの一部として公開することがあります。Sessionizeの利用規約とプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください」

The time frame for presentations is 50 minutes maximum and 30 minutes minimum.

Presentations are invited in either Japanese or English.

How to apply

There are three steps

1.  Log in to Sessionize
2. Fill out the proposal form in English or Japanese
3. 
   
4. Press the Submit button to complete your submission (changes can be made during the submission period)

In Step 2

• Provide information about your proposal (please refer to the sample proposal (in preparation))
• Provide details of the talk, its structure, and timeline in the description.
• Indicate your affiliation and title in the Tagline
• Notes will not be considered for review.
• Profile information should also be included

Deadline and other schedule information

• Start date of application: Tuesday, 2022/6/xx
• End date of application: 2022/7/10 23:59(Mon.)
• Notification of acceptance or rejection: End of July (tentative)

Please note that proposals submitted/changed after the deadline will not be considered for review.

Notes

• If you are submitting multiple proposals, please submit a proposal for each.
• Information provided in the proposals will be made available to reviewers.
• Selected sessions will be made available to the general public on the Code for Japan Summit 2022 website.
• The information may be referred to by Code for Japan Summit 2022 staff at the time of adoption.
• Only the Screen name, speaker tagline(title), speaker biography, and speaker photo will be made available to the general public on the Code for Japan Summit 2022 website.
  
• If you have a co-presenter, you can enter his/her e-mail address in the "Co-speakers" field.
• Please read Code for Japan's Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct before participating.
