発表の時間枠は、次のいずれかを希望してください。

1. セッション40分（配信、アーカイブあり） ３枠
2. セッション15分（配信、アーカイブなし） ６枠
3. ワークショップ50分（準備、片付け含む） ３枠

応募方法は

以下の3ステップです：

1.  Sessionizeにログインしてください
2. プロポーザルのフォームに日本語または英語で記入してください
3. 送信ボタンを押して応募完了（期間内は変更可能です）
   

ステップ2では、

• プロポーザルの情報を記載してください（サンプルプロポーザル（準備中）も参考にしてください
• キャッチフレーズには所属・肩書きを記載してください
• 説明には、トークの詳細と、構成・タイムラインを書いてください
• Notesは書いてもレビューの対象にはなりません
• プロフィール情報も記載してください

締め切り等の日程情報

• 募集開始日 : 2023/8/25 (金)
• 募集終了日：2023/9/25(月) 23:59
• 採用可否連絡 : 10月上旬までに連絡
  

締め切りを過ぎた後にプロポーザルを応募／変更した場合は、レビューの対象外となりますのでご了承ください

• 複数応募する場合はそれぞれプロポーザルを出してください
• プロポーザルに記載された情報はレビュアーに公開されます。
• 選択されたセッションについては、Code for Japan Summit 2023のサイトで一般参加者にも公開されます
• 肩書(講演者のタグライン)と自由(講演者の略歴)と講演者の写真のみ、Code for Japan Summit 2023のサイトで一般参加者に公開されます。 ※写真は選考後に提出をお願いする予定です。
• 共同講演者がいる場合は共同講演者へのメールアドレスを入力できます
• 講演者は全員オフライン参加が必須となります。
• 謝礼や旅費の支給はありません

Please request one of the following time slots for your presentation

Session 40 minutes (delivered and archived) 3 slots

Session 15 minutes (without delivery and archiving) 6 slots

Workshop 50 minutes (including preparation and clean-up) 3 slots

How to apply

The application process is as follows

 Log in to Sessionize

Fill out the proposal form in Japanese or English

Press the submit button to complete your application (changes can be made during the period)

In Step 2,

Provide information about your proposal (please refer to the sample proposal (in preparation))

Catchphrase should include your affiliation and title

Description should include details of the talk and its structure/timeline

Notes will not be reviewed even if you write them

Profile information should also be included

Deadline and other schedule information

Start date of application : 2023/8/25 (Fri.)

Application closing date : 2023/9/25 (Mon.) 23:59

Notification of acceptance or rejection : by early October

Please note that proposals submitted/changed after the deadline will not be considered for review.

If you are submitting multiple proposals, please submit a proposal for each.

The information provided in your proposal will be made available to reviewers.

Selected sessions will also be made available to the general public on the Code for Japan Summit 2023 website.

Only the title (speaker's tagline), freedom (speaker's biography), and speaker's photo will be made available to the general public on the Code for Japan Summit 2023 website. *Photographs will be requested after the selection process.

(If there are co-speakers, you can enter their e-mail addresses to the co-speakers.

All speakers are required to participate offline.

No honorarium or travel expenses will be provided.

The reference text of the agreement (in English) just before the submit button "I agree that the personal information listed on this page will be shared with the organizers of the Code for Japan Summit 2023. The organizers will publish your session and "personal information as part of the event schedule" "Please use sessionization" → Check the box if you agree.
