Please read our instructions carefully so it simplifies the approval process and avoid issues with your submission.

❗ After submitting your session and booking your time slot in our Calendly, please check your email because you will receive a meeting invite with the details. Sometimes, the invite lands in your Spam or junk box. Please check and accept it so we know you are ready.

❗- Closer to the date, we will contact you on your social media (LinkedIn, X) to check if everything is ready.

❗ If you book three sessions in Calendly, we will most likely accept all of them due to our policy of not rejecting anyone's session. So, if you want to deliver a single session, please pick a topic and book only a single date in Calendly.

❗While submitting your session, please don't forget to book your date using our Calendly link provided in the form. If you don't book your date, we may not be able to place your session in case slots are not available.
