CTTT27 is the 5^th edition of Cloud Tech Tallinn, and based on four years of exceptional community content, we're going better than ever. Still two full days, now four tracks and a programme that covers the Microsoft Cloud from end to end.

More and more, everything in the Microsoft Cloud is interconnected; that's why we changed our approach to session tracks. That doesn't mean we've narrowed the scope. Agents run on Azure, are governed by Security and compliance frameworks, connect through Microsoft 365, and are built on Data and Power Platform. The full Microsoft ecosystem is on the table. The theme is a lens, not a filter.

Estonia continues to lead in digital adoption and e-governance, and Tallinn is the right place for this conversation. We invite you to share your knowledge, experience, and honest perspective on what's actually happening within the Microsoft ecosystem. All across Azure, Microsoft Security, Data, Microsoft 365, AI, and Power Platform.

CTTT27 is aimed at developers and architects, IT pros and functional consultants, and business decision-makers. Essentially, if the topics interest you, you are welcome!

Help attendees get a real, practical understanding of what's possible in today's Microsoft Cloud. We're looking for submissions from everyone with something worth saying. Experience level, background, gender, origin, or product preference - none of that determines whether your session belongs here. 😉

Content:

Session length - All non-sponsored sessions will be 45 minutes long, this includes Q&A. 

We are looking for content across the following four tracks:

• Track 01 - Agentic Developer (Devs · Architects · Tech leads):
  Building autonomous systems on the Microsoft stack. This covers: AI engineering, architecture, extensibility, integration, LLM/SLM, multi-agent, observability, patterns & practices, performance, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), security engineering. 
• Track 02 - Business & Governance (BDMs · Consultants · Functional specialists):
  Process transformation via agents, plus the licensing and compliance reality. This covers: Adoption, AI strategy, business transformation, Center of Excellence, change management, EU AI Act, FinOps / cost management, governance, licensing, operating model, responsible AI, risk management, ROI & business value.
• Track 03 - Real-World Agentic (Practitioners · Actual work):
  Honest, community-built projects using any part of the Microsoft stack. No polished demos. We want to hear about what you actually built, what worked, and what didn't. Failures are actively invited. Any product or platform is fair game here; the track is defined by authenticity, not technology.
• Track 04 - Community & Careers (All levels · especially newer attendees):
  What the agentic shift means for roles, teams, and careers. This covers: Accessibility, career development, certification, community, consulting, diversity & inclusion, leadership, learning, mentoring, open source, other non-tech, public speaking, soft skills.

• Products & Technologies
  Product- and technology-specific sessions are welcome in Tracks 01, 02, and 03 - the tracks define the angle, not the tools.

We are looking for content in the following technical levels: 

• 100: This level is designed for individuals who are relatively new to a technology. It includes beginner and fundamental sessions. These topics provide a solid foundation and understanding of the technology.
• 200: This level is for individuals who have a basic understanding of the technology and want to further enhance their skills. It includes more detailed and specific sessions that delve deeper into the technology.
• 300: This level is for experienced professionals who have a strong understanding of the technology. It includes advanced courses and certifications that cover complex topics and scenarios.
• 400: This level assumes an advanced and deep level of knowledge and understanding in the topic.

Tips for submitting from previous years: 

• Make sure your title sparks interest! - It is the first we all will see. 
• Your abstract should answer the following questions: WHAT, WHY, HOW, and WHO. Remember, your abstract will also be what invites people to your session if selected.
• Proofread your title and abstract; don't get dismissed due to spelling errors. 
• Verify that your title and/or abstract fits the track you are submitting for.

Compensation:
