Coding Bunker è una community tech indipendente con sede a Milano, aperta a tutte le persone che lavorano, studiano o sono appassionate di tecnologia, innovazione e mondo digitale.

La nostra community riunisce sviluppatori e sviluppatrici, software engineer, QA engineer, architect, DevOps engineer, engineering leader, designer, professionisti HR, studenti e studentesse, persone all'inizio della propria carriera e chiunque abbia voglia di imparare, condividere e confrontarsi.

La nostra missione è semplice: rendere la conoscenza, le esperienze reali e l'innovazione accessibili a tutte e tutti, gratuitamente e senza barriere.

🎤 Che tipo di talk cerchiamo?

Ci piacciono i talk che nascono dalla curiosità, da problemi reali, da esperienze personali o professionali e dalla voglia di condividere qualcosa di utile con altre persone.

Accogliamo proposte di ogni livello, da sessioni introduttive e approfondimenti tecnici a demo pratiche, casi studio, esperimenti, esperienze di carriera, sfide organizzative, errori e lezioni apprese.

Non devi essere una persona esperta, lavorare per una grande azienda o avere già esperienza come speaker per proporre un talk.

Che tu sia all'inizio del tuo percorso, abbia anni di esperienza o provenga da un settore diverso, crediamo che il tuo punto di vista possa arricchire la community.

Non è necessario raccontare una success story: anche un progetto fallito, una scelta tecnologica sbagliata, un'esperienza personale o un esperimento dai risultati inattesi possono diventare un ottimo talk.

Ci interessano contenuti autentici, concreti e capaci di generare confronto. Privilegiamo la condivisione di conoscenza e il valore per la community rispetto a presentazioni puramente commerciali o promozionali.

È la tua prima volta come speaker? Sei nel posto giusto! Vogliamo incoraggiare anche chi non ha mai parlato in pubblico a mettersi in gioco, condividere le proprie idee e crescere insieme alla community.

🎤 What kind of talks are we looking for?

We love talks driven by curiosity, real challenges, personal or professional experiences, and a genuine desire to share something valuable with others.

We welcome proposals at every experience level, from beginner-friendly introductions and technical deep dives to hands-on demos, case studies, experiments, career journeys, organizational challenges, failures, and lessons learned.

You don't need to be an expert, work for a big tech company, or have previous speaking experience to submit a talk.

Whether you're just starting your journey, have years of experience, or come from a completely different background, we believe your perspective can bring value to our community.

You don't need a perfect success story. A failed project, a questionable technical decision, a personal experience, or an experiment with unexpected results can make an excellent talk.

We're interested in authentic, practical content that encourages discussion and learning. We prioritize knowledge sharing and community value over commercial presentations and product pitches.

First time speaking at an event? You're absolutely welcome! We want to encourage first-time speakers to share their ideas, build confidence, and grow alongside our community.
