Vi informiamo che l'associazione si farà carico delle spese di alloggio per tutta la durata del convegno. Questo include tutti i costi relativi al vostro soggiorno. Inoltre, provvederemo ai pasti durante l'evento, permettendovi di dedicarvi al massimo all'interazione con i partecipanti e con gli altri speaker senza preoccupazioni di sorta.
Rimborso Viaggio:
Siamo consapevoli che il viaggio è una parte integrante della vostra partecipazione e siamo lieti di offrire un rimborso per le spese di viaggio fino a un massimale di 100€. Speriamo che questo contribuisca a rendere il vostro viaggio verso e dal nostro evento il più sereno possibile.

Per ulteriore assistenza, abbiamo selezionato un elenco di strutture convenzionate (che vi comunicheremo poi) che rispecchiano i nostri standard di comfort e comodità. Inoltre, il nostro team è a disposizione per offrirvi supporto e informazioni per organizzare al meglio i vostri spostamenti. Il nostro obiettivo è rendere il vostro trasferimento al convegno il più agevole e piacevole possibile.
