Siamo alla ricerca di speaker che vogliano condividere conoscenze tecniche d’avanguardia ed esperienze umane profonde. Per l'edizione 2026, oltre ai temi "hard" (AI, Cloud, DevOps, Security, Web, Mobile), diamo grande risalto alla dimensione umana del nostro lavoro.

Nuova Track: Human Skills – The human side of building software
Scrivere codice è solo una parte del lavoro. Cerchiamo talk e workshop concreti, basati su casi reali e meno su teoria astratta. La track è divisa in:

Sub-Track "Persona": Crescere come professionisti (comunicazione, gestione dei conflitti, leadership individuale, mindset, equilibrio vita-lavoro).

Sub-Track "Team": Costruire gruppi che funzionano (dinamiche di collaborazione, leadership tecnica, culture inclusive, team distribuiti, facilitazione).

Cosa cerchiamo? Esperienze vissute: cosa ha funzionato, cosa è fallito e cosa avete imparato.

Coding is only one part of the job. We are looking for practical talks and workshops based on real-world cases. The track is divided into:
