Submission Guidelines & Timeline

  • Allow for a 60-minute slot including Q&A 
  • Workshop proposals are welcome for interactive half-day formats.
  • Limited and not guaranteed.
  • Submission Deadline: October 6, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST
  • Review Process: All proposals will be reviewed for relevance, innovation, and applicability.
  • Notification of Acceptance: October 20, 2025.
