After hosting the very first Copilot Community Conference in Germany and seeing how much energy and excitement it sparked, we knew one thing for sure: this journey has only just begun.

We are four Microsoft MVPs who met over the years at various community events, connected by a shared passion for Copilot in Microsoft 365.

Whether in projects, talks or conversations with others, we see every day how strongly Copilot is changing the way people work. So we decided it is time to take the next step.

We are launching the Copilot Community Conference Europe. Our goal is to create a place where knowledge is shared, questions are encouraged and ideas can grow, shaped by the community for the community. 

You can now submit your sessions. These are our 4 tracks: 

Adoption: Session covers practical adoption, transformation, and leadership execution for Copilot and Agents. Deliver concrete implementation results, proven change‑management methods, and organization‑level practices that demonstrate cultural and behavioral shifts driven by Copilot and Agent usage.

Admins:  Session exposes the technical and operational foundations of Copilot and Agents. Focus on data security, compliance, configuration, governance structures, or administrative controls that ensure secure, reliable, and governed deployments.

Agents: Session demonstrates how to design, build, and operate Copilot Agents. Include scenarios from rapid no/low‑code builds up to advanced pro‑code solutions, showing architectural patterns, design choices, and end‑to‑end implementation logic.

User:  Session demonstrates applied Copilot and Agent scenarios in daily work. Deliver actionable how‑to guidance, tool‑driven workflows, practical tips, or scenario walkthroughs across roles, industries, or use cases that help attendees immediately apply what they learn.
