Call for Speakers
At Data Saturday Holland we love all data related topics. Think of SQL Server, Power BI, Databricks, AI, Data Science, Microsoft Fabric, Apache Spark, PostgreSQL, Azure Data Factory & DBT, etc. It may sound like we're fully into the cloud, but a lot of our attendees still love the on-prem world. So, please don’t hesitate to blow us away with your amazing out of the box workshop suggestions!

Different from last year, we open both conference days to all data related topics.

Your session at Data Saturday Holland on October 10th
We welcome 60 minute sessions covering all things data. Like last year, Data Saturday Holland is welcoming sessions on diversity, personal development and other soft skills too. Do be aware that the timeslots on these topics are more limited in comparison to data related topics.

Data Saturday Holland unfortunately cannot cover hotel expenses for speakers speaking only on Saturday.

Your Deep Dive on October 9th
Deep dives allow attendees to delve deeper into one specific topic. This year, we allow all data related topics to become deep dives, not just Microsoft Fabric. We are expecting speakers to prepare workshops of 3 hours: 2 blocks of 90 minutes with a 30 minute break in between.

Each Deep Dive session will be compensated with a flat fee of €750 per workshop (excl. VAT), regardless of the amount of attendees who sign up or the amount of speakers per Deep Dive. In addition, every Precon speaker will receive one hotel night (€175 max).

Know that our training days are at Kinepolis too. So, please make sure your content is suitable for a cinema set up. Keep in mind that this changes things for our attendees: they will have an amazing AV experience, but no possibility to follow along with the topic on their laptops as there will be no desks available to them.

Please know that Microsoft FTEs are currently unable to receive compensation from Data Saturday Holland. Please reach out to us if this applies to you, and it’s blocking you from being able to submit a Deep Dive. We will see what we can do to help.

Location
Data Saturday Holland’s venue will again be Kinepolis: a big cinema complex next to the Jaarbeurs Utrecht. Kinepolis is easy to reach via both public transport and car, and is just a 30 minute train ride away from Schiphol Airport.

Feedback
Our CFS will remain open until the 31st of May 2026. All speakers will receive session selection feedback no later than 3 weeks after the CFS closes.

Accommodations at Data Saturday Holland
Standing in front of a huge cinema screen is no small feat! We totally understand standing for a long time can be a struggle for any speaker. So, if you'd prefer a chair or need anything to make our cinema stage more comfortable for you, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and ask.

A lot of our speakers combine Data Saturday Holland with Dataminds:Connect. If you want to speak at Dataminds:Connect too, feel free to submit at both events! We will work closely together with Dataminds:Connect to make sure you will have a great time at both our events.
