All talks are 30-minute in-person talks, including Q&A.

We are looking for:

We pride ourselves as a data engineering conference built for, and built by data engineers. We want to hear your real-world data engineering stories. Do you have a great experience to share that will interest our community? We’d love to hear your stories about:

• Data at rest: Data warehouses, data lakes, data storage, data lakehouses 
• Data in motion: Event and streaming architectures, batch processing architectures, IoT, data orchestration
• Data we share: Data contracts, teams, topologies, access management
• Data we value: Fin-ops & cloud costs, picking technology
• Data we understand: Data modelling, metric & semantic layer
• Data for machine learning: MLOps, model deployment & monitoring, model serving & inference, data artefacts & feature stores
• Data we trust: Data discovery & provenance, data testing, data quality, data observability, ethics, security, compliance, CI/CD

We are keen to showcase a range of stories and real-world experiences, ranging from side projects right through to complex, multi-dimensional enterprise-level applications. Share your insights, learnings, and best practices with us.

Support for speakers

Are you a first time speaker? We have mentors who are happy to review your submissions and give you advice! Nervous about speaking and want someone to coach you? We have experienced speakers who are happy to assist you.

As this is an in-person conference, all selected talks will be provided with guidelines on how to present your talk before the conference.
