Speaker Selection Process:

Our team will review all submitted proposals to ensure that they align with the event's theme and objectives. We are looking for the best talks that we think resonates with our audience regardless of the speaker.

Here is some information that provides some insight into what the selection committee is looking for:

  • Make sure session fits within the theme of the event
  • Make sure your title and abstract are clear on what your session is about
  • Check your grammar and spelling before submitting
  • We are looking for entry-level and advanced sessions and everything in between
  • Submit multiple sessions and across different tracks. Number of sessions in each track selected will depend on registration information.
  • Avoid sessions that are purely marketing and sales driven. Reach out to us about sponsorship if you are interested in that.
  • Be yourself!

We intend to notify pre-con speakers of acceptance by November 15th and regular submission speakers by December 20th
