Appdevcon, Dutch AI Conference, Webdevcon and the Dutch PHP Conference are annual conferences dedicated to app, AI, web and PHP development all taking place under one roof in Amsterdam. And this year is no exception.
Over the course of four days, we bring together more than 50 speakers from around the world to share their knowledge and experience with over 1,000 developers. From seasoned experts to curious newcomers, our audience thrives on high-quality content, practical insights, and the opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals.
Organised by Dawn Technology, these conferences are all about creating an open, inclusive space where the developer community can grow through shared stories, lessons, and inspiration.
All sessions are in English and cover topics across the full spectrum of mobile, AI, web and PHP development.
Save the date: March 16–19, 2027. We hope to see you there!

Topics we are looking for
We’re looking for high-quality, technical and non-technical sessions from speakers who can cover advanced topics and keep our demanding audience inspired.
By bringing together Appdevcon, Webdevcon, the Dutch PHP Conference, and the Dutch AI Conference, this year's event covers a broader and more exciting spectrum than ever. We are looking for deep dives into native and cross-platform app development, modern web technologies, the ever-evolving PHP ecosystem, and cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence.
Our audiences expect practical content from subject matter experts. We welcome talks that highlight coding techniques, architectural insights, development tooling, and best practices across all four domains. Sessions that provide hands-on ideas attendees can apply at work right away are highly valued, and live demos are greatly appreciated! We are especially looking for talks that reflect on the trends and hot topics that will define 2027 and beyond.
Beyond the code, we invite speakers to tackle the non-technical subjects that are increasingly instrumental to success as a developer or team, especially now that AI is reshaping our workflows. We want to hear about communication, team dynamics, (self) management, and the business and economics of development. These soft skills are essential to complement deep technical expertise and build the surrounding environment necessary to thrive in the modern, AI-augmented development landscape.
This invitation is intentionally broad in the hope of inspiring everyone to share their ideas, insights, and hard-fought experience in the broader development arena.
The Call for Papers is open up to and including December 18th 2026. You can send in a maximum of five talks, so start submitting your talks today!

Talk levels explained
The audience across our four conferences mainly consists of professionals working in the fields of app, web, PHP, and AI development. Some are at the start of their professional careers, while others are seasoned experts (though even veteran developers might still be completely new to AI!).
Among our attendees, you’ll find frontend and backend specialists, mobile developers focused on iOS, Android, or cross-platform, full-stack engineers, and AI practitioners. Most, if not all, work with modern frameworks and follow agile development processes.
When submitting, please indicate the level of your talk so attendees know what to expect:
