Day of Data Winnipeg 2026 is a free, community-driven event for data professionals, technology enthusiasts, students, and lifelong learners. Hosted at the University of Manitoba, the event builds on the tradition of Winnipeg's successful SQL Saturday conferences while expanding to encompass the full spectrum of modern data technologies.
We're looking for speakers who are passionate about sharing knowledge, experiences, lessons learned, and innovative ideas. We welcome sessions covering any data-related topic, including (but not limited to):
Whether you're a first-time speaker or a seasoned presenter, we encourage you to submit a session. We value diverse perspectives and presentations ranging from introductory concepts to deep technical dives.

Session Expectations
We are looking for educational, engaging, and practical sessions that provide value to attendees. Sessions may be introductory, intermediate, or advanced, but should clearly identify the intended audience and learning outcomes.
Preference will be given to sessions that:

Speakers selected for Day of Data Winnipeg 2026 will be expected to deliver the session as described in their accepted submission in person on the day of the event.
Code of Conduct
All speakers, attendees, sponsors, volunteers, and organizers must comply with the Day of Data Winnipeg Code of Conduct. We are committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and harassment-free experience for everyone.
Lunch is provided on the day of the event, and a speaker dinner is being planned.
