DDD is a free one day technical event for developers, run by volunteers, for the community. Having run in person for more than 10 years, in 2020, a new approach is needed to keep the event going.
This time we aim to run virtually, so please join us on the 12th December!
We had planned to run a DDD in October, but due to illness, this didn't happen (we are all well now, phew!). With Christmas so close, hadn't expected to have time to run a DDD, but with the world being as it is, we wanted to do something to bring some cheer to the Dev and IT community.
Therefore we are running DDD (virtually) on 12th December! We are still formalising the details, but wanted to get the message out there, and hope you can support.
Looking for sessions of 10, 20 and 45 minutes long (all plus Q&A). Please indicate how long your session is when you submit it. This is also for lunchtime sessions.
Though this will be a virtual event, we are still looking for sponsors, with the aim of using the funds to support TNMOC (The National Museum of Computing)- it's a tough time for venues like this right now, and they do such great work preserving our industry's heritage, we wanted to make sure we put something back.
