DEF 2023 - Virtuous Insurgency Conference is coming back to Washington, DC. We're taking this event to another level with more space, more focus on driving innovations to the warfighters, and more opportunities to present, learn, and build connections across the community.
In addition to plenary talks, we will also include Lightning Talks from innovators across the DoD, panel sessions, and hands-on workshops and maker spaces.
We aren't accepting innovation theater any longer. This is a call to action to find the connections and community that will get capabilities to meet our evolving mission needs. Join us in DC in November.
We will be taking over the Building Momentum facility in Alexandria, VA. If you need assistance with travel costs (for military and government personnel) please let us know.

Virtuous Insurgency Con - DEF 2023 is a conference for technology, military, civilian, non-profit, academic and business leaders who are transforming how we prepare and adapt to changing National Security threats.
Each year, we bring together senior leaders, subject matter experts and technologists from across all industries for two days of learning, collaboration and networking.
