Deneisha is an ambitious, young professional who is passionate about planning, creating, and executing strategies and solutions aimed toward incorporating change in corporate environments. She is dedicated to spending her time and energy on activities that positively impact those around her.

Deneisha is an IT Business Analyst on the Enterprise Business Intelligence Team at The Wendy’s Company. In this role, she is responsible for: bridging the gap between IT and non-technical business users by facilitating the development of new applications, supporting cross-functional teams with a focus in the Finance organization, and conducting end-user training sessions. Additionally, Deneisha serves on the leadership teams for the Wendy’s Cultural Diversity Network and WenGen – an employee network aimed at enhancing the experience of young professionals and employees new to Wendy’s. Prior to joining the Wendy’s family, Deneisha helped over 40 technologists begin, or further their careers in her role as an IT recruiter.

Deneisha is an Ohio University Alum and will forever be a Bobcat at heart. She enjoys integrating her Sociological background with the tech industry, which fuels her passion for driving the importance of Diversity and Inclusion in Corporate America. Deneisha is a founding member of the local Columbus organization, #BlackTech614, whose mission is to create an authentic space for Black Tech Professionals to connect, collaborate, and create. The organization offers 2-3 events each month with a focus on professional development, social networking, and learning communities, which allow members to develop tangible skills from industry experts in several areas including: blockchain, data science, design, cyber security, and coding.
