On November 4-5, in Bucharest, DevCon returns for its 8th edition with a stronger, more connected community than ever.
Across two days, we gather our forces around six specialized conferences: Data & Cloud, DevOps, AI, Java & Go, Cybersecurity, and DeepTech. With 25+ partners, a vibrant Expo Area, valuable networking experiences, and a fully curated technical agenda, DevCon is expecting over 3000 participants ready to learn, connect, and drive the next wave of innovation.
DevCon is part of the DevTalks Romania ecosystem, a year-round community that connects thousands of developers through conferences, meetups, community events, and technical learning experiences.

Talks are evaluated based on:

• Practical value and technical depth
• Originality of the topic or approach
• Technical accuracy
Our goal is to curate a diverse, high-quality technical program that delivers valuable insights to developers and technology professionals across all experience levels.
The DevCon team reserves the right to respond to submissions without a fixed timeframe.
