We're looking for inspirational and informative talks on software craftsmanship!

We prioritize speakers eager to share their 'war stories' – real tales of both triumphs and challenges in their projects, complete with valuable lessons learned. We're also seeking a wide range of engaging sessions, including in-depth tutorials, insightful panels, deep-dives, and hands-on experiences. Most importantly, we're looking for presentations that inspire and ignite new ideas.

Our conference attracts a dynamic mix of professionals, predominantly experienced developers, alongside architects and team leaders, with a budding presence of junior developers. This blend creates a unique atmosphere where participants from various technical backgrounds - such as .NET, Java, Javascript, Ruby, Python, Web, Mobile, functional, and XR - converge in their pursuit of knowledge and inspiration. We're dedicated to providing a technology-agnostic experience, welcoming all who seek to grow, regardless of their specific tech focus. Our goal is to ensure that every attendee, regardless of expertise level, departs enriched with new insights and energized with fresh ideas.

We're primarily seeking 50-minute talks for our conference. Lightning talks are also welcome for shorter, impactful presentations. Additionally, you can submit workshop proposals for our dedicated workshop day.

Our Program Committee will select speakers immediately after the Call for Papers closes. Applicants will receive a response within two to three weeks, subject to the volume of submissions.

All talks are supposed to be in English.

T&A expenses covered up to 250 EUR for speakers from within Europe and up to 750 EUR from outside Europe. That does not apply to lightning sessions. Separate rules apply to workshop speakers.
