The natural evolution of dotnetdays.ro, which used to be .NET-focused, devdays has kept its heart —  honesty, and respect for the craft — while widening the circle to welcome all the disciplines that shape software today.

The software systems we build no longer fit within the boundaries of a single ecosystem. Backend depends on Cloud, Cloud depends on DevOps, DevOps depends on Architecture, Architecture depends on testing — and AI now threads through every layer.

What engineers need is not more noise or isolated perspectives, but clarity: clarity about patterns, clarity about systems, clarity about how everything connects.

devdays is a curated learning space for software engineers who want to think better so they can build better. We bring together experts who have lived the complexity they explain, to share patterns, mental models, and real-world lessons that reflect how software is actually built.
