DevFest Jinja 2025 is back, bringing together developers, designers, tech enthusiasts, and industry leaders for a full day of learning, networking, and inspiration. We are looking for passionate speakers who can share real-world knowledge, unique insights, and engaging stories across various tech domains.
We encourage you to submit a talk, whether you're a first-time speaker or a seasoned presenter. We welcome diverse voices and perspectives.

The event is free to attend!
Sessions should be forward-thinking and stimulate discussion and engagement with attendees. Our goal is to provide balanced workshops that meet the variety of interests of conference attendees. We aim to provide specific, action-item-focused sessions that provide attendees with the knowledge they can take back and apply to their own jobs and daily lives. We expect 500+ attendees to participate in DevFest at all levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
A successful session/workshop should include:
How to Submit a Proposal
Step 1: Complete the online Workshop Proposal Form.
Step 2: Qualify
Selection is based on meeting the session/workshop needs defined by the Speaker Engagement Committee and the speakers' qualifications to present on the proposed subject matter. The Speaker Engagement Committee will review all proposals. Decisions will be made, and notifications will be emailed no later than October 1, 2025.
Our goal is to provide balanced workshops that meet the diverse interests of conference attendees. Please keep in mind that the conference sessions/workshops must be issue-oriented and content-rich. Workshops may not be used to sell products and services.
Step 3: If your proposal is selected
You will be promoted on the official conference website and other social media platforms. You will gain valuable professional exposure and networking opportunities.
