DevFest is an annual distributed tech conference hosted by the Google Developer Groups (GDG) community. GDGs host these events around the globe.
DevFest 2025 marks the 15th year of DevFest. Through DevFest, you can continue to explore how Google's suite of developer tools can expand the impact of local tech professionals and developers like you around the world.
Whether you're passionate about finding new opportunities, elevating your knowledge on the latest Google developer tools, or exploring how to use Google technologies to generate social and economic impact, DevFest offers an amazing platform for developers to connect locally, learn, and build on Google's tools.

📣 Call for Speakers – DevFest 2025 Jakarta
We’re excited to open the Call for Papers for DevFest 2025 Jakarta, happening on 30 November 2025.
This year, we’re bringing together developers, tech enthusiasts, and industry professionals to dive deep into the latest updates from DevFest 2025. We’re expecting over 1,500 attendees—don’t miss the chance to share your knowledge and be part of this unforgettable experience!
🎤 Lighting Talk
Duration : 25 minutes (including Q&A)
Format: Talk/Demo
Focus : Share insights, experiences, or deep dives into new Google technologies or updates from DevFest 2025. Example: Building Safe, Secure, and Scalable Solutions with AI and Cloud.
*each session the organizer will give 3 freebies for speaker to share to the audience
👩‍💻 WTM (Women Techmakers) Session
Duration : 30 minutes (including Q&A)
Format: Panel Discussion
Focus : Inspiring talks from women in tech—sharing journeys, challenges, achievements, and lessons to empower and encourage more women in the developer community.
*each session the organizer will give 3 freebies for speaker to share to the audience

Submission Deadline: 10 November 2025
Materials Due: 1 week before the event
Arrival Time: Speakers must arrive at the venue 45 minutes before their session
Travel Support: We only cover supported transportation (under our approval) cost where you need to propose in advanceÂ
On-Site Support: A dedicated Liaison Officer (LO) will be assigned to assist you throughout the event
