Conditions for Application


  • Your topic must align with the theme or with one of these tracks:
  • Technology (AI, Cloud, Mobile, Web, Cybersecurity, Data, etc.)
  • Tourism innovation and creative industries
  • Talent development, skills, and entrepreneurship
  • Sessions must be practical and actionable, with clear takeaways for the audience
  • Time slot: 20–40 minutes including Q&A

You must submit:


  • Talk title and short description
  • Key points or learning outcomes
  • Your short bio and photo
  • Links to past talks or speaking engagements (if available)
  • All talks are non-promotional — you may mention your work or company only in context
  • Selected speakers will be notified by email and must confirm participation within the given deadline
  • Speakers agree to have their session recorded and shared on DevFest platforms
