G.O.A.T - Greenest Of All Time, yes you heard it right. The greatest or the greenest, of all time, we are at that point, where AI, Cloud, and Android will usher in a whole new era of great. Driven by a whole new view of green and sustainability
Taking that in mind, For the first time ever - we have a small fee as an effort for all attendees looking to be part of DevFest 2023 - not monetary as GDG Ludhiana events will always be free as committed, we are encouraging you to plant/water a plant for a better sustainable future along with tech efforts and empowerments we are doing. Click a picture for the same, and upload it on GDrive (anyone with a link can view permission) to let us validate and allow your entry.
Furthermore, this year, we are focusing on boosting Women's Participation in Tech, and for the same - we are doing a couple of initiatives including but not limited to a Special Entry Pass for Women (Women in Tech), Women Techmakers Ambassadors in the Speaker Lineup to name a few.
Last but not least, This Year, As we are theming DevFest around the Greenest of All Time, Be ready to witness Scientists, Researchers, and AgriTech Startups share their thoughts on Sustainability and How they are involving tech in the Agriculture space.
Furthermore, We have a Startup Track focusing on Funding and how to Start from Scratch from Industry Experts for the first time ever as a Dedicated Track in DevFest Ludhiana 2023. We have a dedicated parallel track of workshops on Mobile/AI/Cloud/Web for Hands-on Experience on some amazing latest technologies and trends to name a few.

We are looking for talks related to DevFest Ludhiana 2023 Edition ranging from Experiential, Walkthroughs, and Awareness to name a few.
We are open to a variety of topics, including but not limited to:
Session Topics
You can submit proposals for one of the following:
Conference session (15-20mins including Q&A) – On a range of different technologies, practices and methodologies
Workshops (30-60) – Presentation, technical demonstration or discussion, all with an interactive element for participants
Community Lounge – (Open discussion space)
Lightning Talk (5-10min) - Sessions designed for speakers to give a quickfire view of a particular subject
👩👨Tip! We support a diversity of our speakers and welcome underrepresented groups in tech.
Next step: If your talk is selected, you will receive a confirmation mail with the necessary details and schedule within 1 week after the submission is closed.
A brief idea about audience: The majority of our target audience is IT professionals, developers, students/job hunters including developers/designers/non-tech but not limited to this. Anyone from any background is welcome to attend our conference.
Which proposals don't fit
We are interested in experience-based talks. We will not accept proposals that are:
🚫 Just repeating documentation without your experience/lessons learned.
🚫 Pitching/selling a company or a product. It's OK to mention your company, but it shouldn't be the main focus.
🚫 Recruitment talks to attract talent.
🚫 The exactly same talk topic which you've already delivered and can be found online.
🚫 Stolen presentations.
