Join us for an exciting and interactive DevFest Ludhiana 2025 - Train The Trainer Edition! This special event is designed to empower developers with the skills they need to mentor and lead others in the ever-evolving tech world. Whether you are an experienced developer or just starting out, this event will provide valuable insights into effective training methods, communication skills, and the latest in tech education.

DevFest Ludhiana 2025 Edition is themed as Train The Trainer Theme around AI and AI Agents Innovation which is planned as Main Event followed by Expert-Led Train The Trainer Workshop to empower and bringing juice of multiplication in learning within community. We are looking for talks related to DevFest Ludhiana 2025 Edition ranging from Experiential, Walkthroughs, and Awareness to name a few having connection with AI integrations.

You can submit proposals for one of the following:

  • Conference session (15-20mins including Q&A) – On a range of different technologies, practices and methodologies
  • Workshops (30-60) – Presentation, technical demonstration or discussion, all with an interactive element for participants
  • Lightning Talk (5-10min) - Sessions designed for speakers to give a quickfire view of a particular subject

Next step: If your talk is selected, you will receive a confirmation mail with the necessary details and schedule within 1 week after the submission is closed.


A brief idea about audience: The majority of our target audience is IT professionals, developers, students/job hunters including developers/designers/non-tech but not limited to this. Anyone from any background is welcome to attend our conference.


Which proposals don't fit

  • We are interested in experience-based talks. We will not accept proposals that are:
  • 🚫 Just repeating documentation without your experience/lessons learned.
  • 🚫 Pitching/selling a company or a product. It's OK to mention your company, but it shouldn't be the main focus.
  • 🚫 Recruitment talks to attract talent.
  • 🚫 The exactly same talk topic which you've already delivered and can be found online.
  • 🚫 Stolen presentations.
