We are looking for experience-based talks, the information that can not be found in the documentation or easily googled to explore the latest developments in Google technologies.

We value experience-based talks. Very importantly, we want speakers at this event to go beyond slide decks and actually demonstrate what they've built, or live code some project on stage, so they can engage and inspire the attendees.

Beyond (e.g., Design, "soft" developer skills and career advice talks, and similar non-technical talks)

We only accept submissions in three formats:

• 10-minute light sessions
• 20-minute talks
• 45-minute workshops
•  Talks with co-speakers are welcome

We will not  consider proposals that:

• Simply repeat documentation without sharing your personal experience and lessons learned
• Act as a pitch or sales pitch for a company or product. While mentioning your company is fine, it shouldn't be the primary focus.
• Are recruitment talks aimed at talent acquisition.

For New or Inexperienced Speakers:

First-time or inexperienced speakers are encouraged to request assistance from our organizing team.

We are here to provide advice on your slides and help you rehearse for a successful presentation.

Language Requirement:

All sessions must be presented in English.

Please note that this is an in-person event, and speakers must be able to travel to Mbarara to deliver their talk.

Unfortunately, we do not provide speakers with facilitation or travel fare; however, we offer a unique opportunity to share your expertise and connect with our community.
