Join us as a speaker at Devfest Mumbai this year!

We're looking for speakers to talk about their journeys, stories, experience, or anything tech and tech adjacent. Talks that inspire the audience, and leave them with memories to take home.

Here are some broad areas for inspiration

• AI and Machine Learning
• Mobile Development (Android, Flutter)
• Cloud Computing (Architecture, Data, K8s, Vertex)
• Soft skills, Personality development
• Startup Journeys and Entrepreneurship
• Behavior / Design / UX Trends

Session Formats

You can submit the session under the following types:

• Full Talk (30min + 5min Q&A) 
• Lightning Talk (15min + 5min Q&A)
• Workshop (60min + 15min Q&A)

Some things to keep in mind

We appreciate your time and efforts in submitting, but here are a few things we think we should bring to your attention. We would not approve any proposals that meet any of the below criteria:

🚫 Basic talks like 101s or getting started

🚫 Plagiarized content or talks

🚫 A walkthrough tech documentation

🚫 A focus on 'you' rather than on the topic

🚫 Pitching / selling / recruiting. You can talk about your company, product, and processes, but for reference only

Here are a few things to look at before you submit a proposal:

About the audience: The majority of the audience is engineers, with a small mix of designers, entrepreneurs, and students. The typical experience bracket is 1-5 years.

Selection Process

If your session is selected, you will receive a confirmation mail by November 15th, 2023 from madmeetup.mail@gmail.com, and a message on WhatsApp as well.

DevFest Mumbai is a community-driven event powered by trusted volunteers who love technology and are passionate about tech community growth. Unfortunately, we are unable to support travel/accommodation for speakers.
