🕒 Available Session Formats

Please select one of the following formats when submitting your proposal:

• AM Workshop: 80 minutes (Hands-on, interactive session)
• PM Lightning Talk: 20 minutes (Fast-paced, high-impact presentation)
• PM Session: 40 minutes (Standard deep-dive talk)
• Panel Discussion: Collaborative discussion format

📊 Target Audience & Content Level

To help our attendees choose sessions that best match their background, please clearly define the content level of your proposal:

• Beginner: Introductory concepts, high-level overviews, or foundational introductions. No prior deep experience with the technology is required.
• Intermediate: Practical implementation, architectural patterns, and real-world application. Attendees should have a working familiarity with the core technology.
• Advanced: Deep architectural dives, advanced optimization, code-heavy tuning, or expert-level troubleshooting for experienced practitioners.

💡 Speaker Guidelines for a Strong Proposal

Following these guidelines does not guarantee acceptance, but it will significantly strengthen your submission and help our committee evaluate your proposal effectively:

1. Clear & Relevant Titles
   Ensure your talk title and description match, accurately reflecting your topic at a glance. While cute, catchy titles with wordplay are fun, both the organizing committee and attendees need to immediately understand what the session covers. Please also ensure your title aligns with our Code of Conduct.
   
   
2. Define Key Takeaways & Learning Points
   Help the committee select your topic by clearly outlining what audience members will learn. Include three to five concrete, relevant key points that make your talk stand out. This is especially important as we frequently receive multiple submissions on similar topics.
   
   
3. Share Your Experience Level
   You do not need to be a world-renowned expert to be accepted, but the committee needs to understand your hands-on experience with the topic. Are you deploying this technology at scale in production, or is it a personal hobby/side project? Share your specific context.
   
   
4. Talk History (Previous Delivery)
   Let us know if and where you have given this talk before. If applicable, share how it was received, how it has evolved, and what new insights or updates attendees can expect.
   
   
5. Keywords
   Please select from the pre-defined list of keywords in the CFP tool. If none of the options accurately capture your session, provide a custom list of relevant keywords to help our committee easily find and categorize your proposal via search tools.
