We invite leading experts and innovators to share their insights at the devfest Vancouver. This premier event brings together industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and AI enthusiasts to explore the latest advancements and real-world applications of AI.

We are seeking speakers for the following tracks:

All things AI

• Generative AI and Large Language Models
• AI for Industries: (Healthcare, Finance, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.)
• AI for Social Good: (Climate change, education, accessibility, etc.)
• Creative AI: (Art, music, design, and other creative applications)
• AI Ethics and Governance: (Responsible AI, bias mitigation, privacy)
• AI-Driven Business Transformation: Share success stories and best practices.
• AI Startups Showcase: Pitch your AI startup and connect with investors.

Google Developer Ecosystem

• Showcase your work/demo built with Google's technologies
• Google Developer Groups (GDG)
• Google Developer Student Clubs (GDSC)
• Google Developer Experts (GDE)
• Women Tech Makers (WTM)
• Google Partner Program
• Google For Startups (G4S)
• Google Accelerators
• Google for Non-Profits
• Google Certification

Things to consider:

Must be able to present in-person at vancouver

Must be 18+

No Criminal records

2+ years of professional experience on the relevant area

Session must be delivered in-person in English at the designated venue in vancouver

No self/business promotions. 

Please Note: The status of your session will be updated 3-4 weeks from the submission. The evaluators have all the right to accept/decline a session. 

Session types

• Lightening talk - 10min
• Session - 30min
• Workshop - 45min
• Panel discussion - 30 minutes. (Must include all your co-speaker's emails for your panel. Otherwise, it will be counted as an incomplete submission.)

**Travel, Accomodation & Expenses**

DevFest Vancouver is a community-driven and volunteer-supported event. Your contribution is totally voluntary. You get a complimentary free ticket to attend and present your talk. If you are unable to attend in person, your submission will be void. Please be mindful while submitting your talk.

Unfortunately, we are unable to support travel/accommodation for speakers. If your company is able to cover your travel and accommodation expenses to speak at DevFest Vancouver, please let us know as we may be able to add your company as a sponsor for the event

About the audience:

The majority of our target audience is students/job hunters including developers/designers/non-tech and tech professionals but not limited to this. Anyone from any background is welcome to attend our conference.
