Call for regular sessions for DIFINITY 2024 is open now, and we look forward to seeing you all there. There are a few things to consider before submission:

• Session times are 45 minutes. 
• Submit sessions in your expertise area. The audience loves to hear from experienced people in that field.
  
• Add a detailed session abstract. It would be really hard to decide what to cover in your talk with just a single or two lines of abstract. Explain the session and maybe include an agenda in detail.
• Submit as many sessions as you can. Don’t limit yourself to one or two sessions; submit as many as possible. Sometimes, a topic has a very high competition, and another topic has zero submissions, which can be your chance of getting a session.
• Sessions at all levels are needed, from Beginner to Expert.
• This year, we are holding the Difinity conference in three cities: Auckland (New Zealand), Melbourne, and Sydney (Australia). In order to be considered for each, you need to select the conference city when submitting the session. Submitting for all three won't guarantee acceptance; you might only get accepted for all, two, one, or none.

Difinity is the largest Microsoft Data, AI, Power BI, and Fabric Conference in New Zealand. It is a conference for anyone in the Data Analytics space. IT Decision Makers, Developers, Business Analysts, IT Professionals, BI Managers, BI Professionals, Database Administrators, Architects, Digital and big Data business leaders, and Consultants will gather for a full day of learning and networking. 

Our event's speakers are from the Microsoft product team, MVPs, Regional Directors, and industry experts.

Difinity Conference has been running in New Zealand since 2017, and this will be our 6th year event. 

This year, we are holding the Difinity conference in three cities: Auckland (New Zealand), Melbourne, and Sydney (Australia). In order to be considered for each, you need to select the conference city when submitting the session. Submitting for all three won't guarantee acceptance; you might only get accepted for all, two, one, or none.

Speakers not from New Zealand:

New Zealand borders are now fully open. However, we strongly suggest you read New Zealand border rules and be aware of any limitations.

Submission Deadlines:

The call for Speakers for conference sessions will end on the 18th of July, 2024.

The results of the session selection will be announced no later than August 2024.

Costs and Coverages:

• We will cover your conference ticket.
• Speaker dinner will be on us.
• All costs (flight fare, accommodation, taxi fare (from/to airport, local), food (breakfast, etc) should be covered by the speakers themselves.
  
• There will be no flight costs/accommodation coverage for speakers. 
• As a speaker at this event, you will receive a speaker appreciation gift :)
