The 14th Annual New Zealand Digital Workplace Conference is sure to bring fresh ideas and innovations.

Like previous years, we encourage ALL topics related to Microsoft 365 apps. 

We also invite case studies from customers, thought leadership sessions around Digital Transformation, Change Management, Adoption and Communication.

We encourage Power Platform and Copilot and AI as hot topics. Please indicate if your session fits this.

We are also asking for submissions for Workshops - these are half days and will be the 17th or 20th March.

We are excited to invite submissions for speakers at the NZ Digital Workplace Conference. Our events are well known for the high calibre of presenters, with engaging and professional content.

We therefore appreciate the time and effort it takes to make YOUR session your best ever!

Our acceptance of your submission is contingent upon your commitment to preparing, promoting and delivery of an outstanding session. By submitting a session you need to agree with the following expectations.

  • I agree to participate in an interview conducted by DWR event organisers either pre-event or at the event.
  •  I agree to help to help promote this event (and my involvement) to my network via social media, my blog and/or website. This includes letting customers know about the conference.
  •  I am happy to be photographed during my session and for any photos at the event to be used as promotional material.
  •  I will ensure my presentation is professional and rehearsed.
  •  I will provide my presentation slides within 5 days of the event.
  •  I am happy to engage with delegates pre and post my session and during breaks as part of the event. Ie Speakers are expected to participate in the entire event.
  •  I agree that my session cannot be a "Product Pitch" or Sales talk
  •  I will make my presentation engaging and interactive - through either demonstrations, customer stories and/or audience participation
  •  I agree to provide one blog post about my session or a relevant topic I am passionate about. This will be used as News on the Event site and promoted in Newsletters and Social Media. (Note: this can be re-purposed from a previously written topic, which we will reference)
  • I agree to participate in an "Ask me Anything"  session on a topic of my choosing

All speakers receive a complimentary conference pass (Tues 18-Wed 19 March 2025). Workshops are compensated at a fixed fee of $500 each plus $50 per attendee. (1/2 Day) There is no allowance for travel.
