We are delighted to invite speaker submissions for the NZ Digital Workplace Conference 2027. Our events are recognised for their high-quality presenters and engaging, professional content.

We appreciate the time and effort that goes into creating a great session and are committed to delivering an exceptional experience for our attendees.

Acceptance of your submission is based on your commitment to preparing, promoting, and delivering an outstanding session. By submitting a session, you agree to the following:

• Participate in an interview with DWR event organisers before or during the event.

• Help promote the conference and your involvement through your professional network, social media channels, blog, website, and customer communications.

• Be photographed during your session and allow event photography to be used for promotional purposes.

• Deliver a professional, well-prepared, and rehearsed presentation.

• Provide presentation slides within 5 days of the event.

• Engage with delegates before and after your session, during breaks, and throughout the event. Speakers are expected to participate in the full event experience.

• Ensure your session is not a product pitch or sales presentation.

• Create an engaging and interactive session through demonstrations, customer stories, audience participation, or similar approaches.

• Provide one blog post related to your session or a topic you are passionate about. This may be a repurposed existing article and will be shared on the event website, newsletters, and social media channels.

• Participate in an "Ask Me Anything" session on a topic of your choice.

All speakers receive a complimentary conference pass (Tues 16-Wed 17 March 2027). Workshops (if they proceed) are compensated at a fixed fee of $500 plus gst each plus $50 per attendee. (1/2 Day) There is no allowance for travel.
