I have been in the industry for over 20 years and have traversed the journey of experiencing software development from waterfall to the new delivery approaches, the evolution of the ecosystem where disruption is becoming a norm and new ways of thinking and working are becoming more important to embrace, survive and thrive in today’s VUCCA world.
I have a strong delivery background (project,program and portfolio management), customer centricity and business focus (delivery, account and engagement management). I have consciously focussed on upskilling and risk managed testing throughout the years to ensure expertise for pragmatic, benefit driven, risk managed, timely, investment optimal, sustainable and scalable adoption for new ways of working ( agile, lean, lean startup, design thinking, DevOps etc) coupled with people change management, project and program management techniques (reinvented for the right contribution in the new ways of working). This provides me an edge to ensure that these new approaches are understood and adopted correctly through effective transformations.
I strongly recommend an iterative and incremental approach to transformation so that the organization is guided to find the right way to tap the full potential from the new ways of working in the context of their domain and business needs AND demonstrate early benefit realization and ROI from transformations.
