DPE Summit is a two-day, two-track event bringing together the brightest minds in the world of developer productivity. Share and learn from real world use cases how to increase developer joy and minimize developer pain by optimizing the developer toolchain for speed, consistency, and reliability.
Developer Productivity Engineering (DPE) is a new software discipline that uses data analytics and acceleration technologies to speed up critical software development processes—from build to test to CI—and to make them more efficient. Key objectives include achieving faster feedback cycles, more reliable and actionable data, and a highly satisfying developer experience.
Track Descriptions
Developer Joy – Content and/or use cases that describe how tools, frameworks or methodologies were used to improve the Developer Experience. Examples include build/test acceleration techniques, trending and analytics, and toolchain efficiency optimization.
Developer Pain – Presentations that describe effective approaches for overcoming hurdles and blockers to build and test troubleshooting. These may include techniques to improve traceability, engineer collaboration and observability, or any methodology for reducing friction in problem resolution.
